This is the one most people come back for. It's a slow, full-body session where I take my time getting a real read on your body before doing anything — where you're holding tension, where you're numb, where you actually want attention. Expect long, deliberate strokes, warm oil, low light, and a pace that never feels rushed.

If you book the 90-minute, you have the option to extend into continuous edging — staying in that build-up state for longer instead of rushing to a finish. Totally optional, and we'll talk through it beforehand so you're comfortable with exactly what to expect.

For the people who want the anticipation more than the finish. We start with a short massage just to get your body out of its head and into feeling — shoulders, back, whatever's tight — and then I move into a long, slow edging tease with the lightest touch I've got.

It's less about a destination and more about staying right there in that charged, on-the-edge feeling for as long as we can hold it. Great if you already know your body responds well to a slow build.

This is the deep-reset session — for when you're not just tight, you're depleted. We start with chakra clearing to get your energy actually moving again, then move into a full-body somatic massage. From there, you pick your focus: wood therapy for lymphatic drainage if you want to feel lighter and de-puffed, or focused-area cupping if you've got a specific spot holding onto stress.

We close the session out with a happy ending, so you leave completely emptied out — not just relaxed, but reset.
